What does this mean?

We have face to face meetings with job seekers and prefer to site visit companies to ensure that we are making selections based on cultural fit as well as skills and aptitude.

We offer a service that is created to feel like an extension of an organisation and we take pride in the friendly, honest and approachable relationships we build with candidates and companies in Kent.

About Me

I founded Moore People in 2014 after realising that most companies and candidates want a personal, honest, face-to-face consultancy – just the way I like to work!

I have worked in recruitment for over 25 years and have had the pleasure in assisting organisations such as Honda, Oxfam, Vodafone and the NHS. My passion for finding the right person and the right job is found in everything I do.

I am the Chair of the local CIPD Group and the Communications Lead for the Kent CIPD branch. I am a mentor for the CIPD Steps Ahead initiative, helping 16-25 year olds to find work and I visit local schools and colleges to hold workshops and sessions on CV writing and interview techniques.

Due to family links with the RAF, I also volunteer at Royal British Legion Industries with interview techniques for ex-service personnel.
